The ImpactSifu Fellowship Scheme

The ImpactSifu Fellowship Scheme is a self-empowerment programme aims at developing a generation of change makers. We do this by selecting our fellows through a vigorous process, equipping them with essential tools, and finally allowing them to be a part of the community. The scheme is open for our upcoming annual Camp Bijak 3.0 that will be held in Nur Lembah Pangsun, Hulu Langat 23rd - 25th November 2018.

The Selection Process

APPLICATION PROCESS

All applicants must fulfil the criteria below:

• Malaysians or Non-Malaysians aged 35 and below during the application process
• Obtained/Currently completing a tertiary education qualification
• Obtain clearance of criminal records and health check ups
• Uphold the values of the organisation

The application process consists of:

• Personal details and declaration forms
• Essay questions
• Curriculum vitae submissions (must insert at least 2 referees)

SELECTION PROCESS

Skype interviews are conducted for all of the applicants. The interview usually lasts for 1 hour

All of our selected fellows are expected to attend at least one training workshop which covers:

• Code of Conduct
• Professional and Personal Development
• Behavioural/Human Interaction Skills Enhancement
• Talent Matching
• Ad-Hock Resilient Management
• Performance Enrichment
• Basic Life Support/First Aid Kit Usage
